LOGISTICS & DEPLOYMENT PROTOCOL

STATUS: OPERATIONAL
SCOPE: DOMESTIC U.S.

We treat logistics with the same precision as formulation. Our objective is to minimize the latency between our warehouse and your nervous system.

1. FULFILLMENT LATENCY

Standard Processing Window: 24 - 48 Hours.

We hand-mix in small batches to preserve volatile oil integrity. Your order is not pulled from a dusty shelf; it is often packed within days of blending.

Orders received before 1200 Hours (EST): Processed same-day.
Orders received after 1200 Hours (EST): Processed next operational cycle.
Weekend Operations: Dormant. We sleep so we can perform. Orders placed Friday PM - Sunday will deploy on Monday.

2. TRANSIT VECTORS

We utilize standard ground logistics partners (USPS / UPS).

Standard Ground: 3-5 Business Days.
Expedited: Not currently available. You cannot rush biology; do not rush the mail. Plan your supply drops accordingly.
Free Deployment Threshold: Orders over $50 trigger a shipping fee waiver.

3. TELEMETRY (TRACKING)

Upon dispatch, you will receive an automated transmission containing your Tracking Coordinates.

Allow 12 hours for the carrier's satellite systems to update the location status.
Note: If the status reads "Label Created" for >24 hours, do not panic. The unit is in the chain of custody; the scan is merely delayed.

4. GEOFENCING (INTERNATIONAL)

Current Status: RESTRICTED.

We are currently authorized for deployment within the United States only. International regulatory bodies often flag high-potency Valerian and Poppy extracts, causing customs retention. We are working on clearing these protocols.

5. PACKAGE INTEGRITY

Your supply will arrive in a standard, nondescript mailer.

Exterior: Minimal branding.
Interior: Matte black containment units.
Objective: Privacy. Your sleep architecture is your business.

6. INTERCEPT FAILURE (LOST PACKAGES)

If the telemetry states "Delivered" but the unit is not at the drop zone:

Verify the coordinates (check your address input).
Wait 24 hours (carriers often mark "Delivered" prematurely).
