Refund policy

At Deep State, we deal in biological data and measurable results. We do not deal in "customer satisfaction" regarding subjective palate preferences.
Please read the following parameters carefully before initiating a claim.
1. THE "TASTE DEFENSE" CLAUSE (STRICT ENFORCEMENT)
We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on flavor profile.
We have been explicitly transparent regarding the formulation:
- This protocol contains Valerian Root.
- It is distinctly earthy, pungent, and vegetative.
- It is not sweetened.
We prioritize potency over palatability. If you find the taste "too strong," "too earthy," or "unpleasant," the product is functioning exactly as designed. Subjective dislike of the raw botanical profile does not constitute a product defect.
Drink it for the effect, or do not drink it.
2. THE EFFICACY GUARANTEE
Our mission is system deactivation. If you have adhered to the Titration Protocol (gradually increasing dose to 3g) and have experienced zero physiological shift in your sleep architecture after 5 consecutive nights, we will issue a full refund.
- Condition: You must submit a brief "Usage Log" detailing your dosage and steeping method. We want to know the protocol failed you, not that you failed the protocol.
- Window: This guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of acquisition.
3. COMPROMISED INTEGRITY (DAMAGED GOODS)
If your unit arrives with a breach of containment (ripped pouch) or structural damage:
- Do not consume.
- Photograph the breach immediately.
- Transmit evidence to returns@deepstatetea.com.
We will deploy a replacement unit immediately. We do not require you to ship the damaged biomass back to us. Discard it.
4. RETURN LOGISTICS
Due to the nature of consumable botanical goods, we cannot accept physical returns of opened pouches for sanitary reasons.
- Unopened Units: May be returned within 30 days. You are responsible for return vector shipping costs.
- Opened Units: Do not ship them back. If you qualify for the Efficacy Guarantee, we will refund you without requiring a physical return.
